The <br /> following requirements shall apply in the Residential Zones. <br /> (d) Model Homes. At least one model home that is <br /> landscaped in each project consisting of eight or <br /> more homes shall demonstrate via signs and <br /> information the principles of water efficient <br /> landscapes described in this ordinance. <br /> LL Signs shall be used to identify the model as <br /> an example of a water efficient landscape and <br /> featuring elements such as hydrozones, <br /> irrigation equipment and other which <br /> contribute to the overall water efficient <br /> theme. <br /> (2) Information shall be provided about designing, <br /> installing and maintaining water efficient <br /> landscapes. <br /> (e) Fences in Residential Zones. The following <br /> requirements shall apply to fences in residential <br /> zones: <br /> (1) A fence up to seven (7) feet in height may be <br /> permitted in the front yard or street side <br /> yard of Low Density, Medium Density, Medium- <br /> High Density, and High Density residential <br /> zones, provided said fence is located a <br /> minimum of ten (10) feet from the property <br /> line. <br /> (2) Fences in Rural Residential and Residential- <br /> Very Low Density Zones. An open fence up to <br /> seven (7) feet in height may be permitted in <br /> any required yard in areas carrying an Rural <br /> Residential or Residential-Very Low Density <br /> zoning designation. <br /> SECTION Section 9-1405. 4 , Chapter 9-1405 , Division 14 , <br /> Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended <br /> by deletion of the following: <br />
