<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
<br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, RELATIVE TO CHAPTERS 9-110, 9-115, 9-235, 9-
<br /> 310, 9-315, 9-405, 9-505, 9-610, 9-851, 9-896, 9-1015, 9-1020, 9-
<br /> 1405, 9-1605, 9-1705, 9-1710, 9-1905, AND 9-1920; CONCERNING
<br /> CHANGES IN DEFINITIONS, THE USE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM, NON-
<br /> CONFORMITY PROVISIONS, RESIDENTIAL ZONES, COMMERCIAL ZONES,
<br /> INDUSTRIAL ZONES, AGRICULTURAL ZONES, AGRICULTURAL EXCAVATION
<br /> PERMITS, TREE MANAGEMENT PERMITS, PARKING AND LOADING REQUIREMENTS,
<br /> LANDSCAPING REGULATIONS, GRADING AND EXCAVATION PROVISIONS, FLOOD
<br /> HAZARDS, SIGN REGULATIONS, AND ENFORCEMENT REGULATIONS.
<br /> SECTION Chapter 9-110, Division 1, Title 9, of the San
<br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by the addition of
<br /> the following:
<br /> Abatement, Involuntary "Involuntary abatement" means the
<br /> removal of a nuisance as a result of an action performed by,
<br /> under the direction of or at the initial expense of the
<br /> County of San Joaquin.
<br /> Abatement Voluntar .. "Voluntary abatement" means the
<br /> abatement or removal of a violation by the owner or designee
<br /> after notification by the enforcement agency that such
<br /> violation exists and must be abated. )
<br /> SECTION Section 9-115. 415, Chapter 9-115, Division 1,
<br /> Title 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended
<br /> to read as follows:
<br /> Section 9-115.415 Custom Manufacturing. The Custom
<br /> Manufacturing use type refers to the on-site production of
<br /> goods by hand manufacturing or artistic endeavor which
<br /> involves only the use of hand tools or domestic mechanical
<br /> equipment net emeeedi-1.EJ 1-_W6 (2-1
<br /> kilewatts, and the incidental sale of these goods directly to
<br /> consumers. Typical uses include ceramic studios, candle
<br /> making shops, and custom jewelry manufacturers.
<br /> SECTION Chapter 9-235, Division 2 , Title 9 , of the San
<br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br /> Section 9-235 . 6 Non-Conforming Use of a Structure. The non-
<br /> conforming use of a structure shall be subject to the
<br /> provisions of this Section.
<br /> (a) Continuation.
<br /> (1) A structure devoted to a non-conforming use
<br /> may be enlarged, extended, or remodeled
