SECTION Section 9-315.7 , Chapter 9-315, Division 3 , <br /> Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-315.7 Guarantees for Continued Affordabili�. <br /> (b) The developer shall sigmaa Develepme enter into <br /> an Agreement with San Joaquin County to ensure <br /> compliance with the provisions of this section. <br /> SECTION Section 9-405. 5, Chapter 9-405, Division 4 , <br /> Title 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended <br /> by addition of the following to read: <br /> Section 9-405. 5 Special Use Regulations in Commercial Zones. <br /> In addition to the provisions of Sections 9-405 . 2 through 9- <br /> 405. 4 , the following regulations shall apply to Commercial <br /> Zones: <br /> (a) A Site Approval (Section 9-818) is required for any <br /> commercial use that is: <br /> (1) Six thousand (6000) feet or greater in ground <br /> floor area; <br /> (2)_ Occupies ten (10) or more acres of site area; <br /> or <br /> (3) Not served by a public wastewater treatment <br /> plant public water system and a public <br /> drainage system; <br /> Lb)_ Outside displays or storage shall require a Site <br /> Approval unless the use type is more restrictive. <br /> (b) Any change in an existing commercial use to a new <br /> commercial use requiring the same level of permit <br /> shall not require a site approval. <br /> SECTION Table 9-405 . 2 , Chapter 9-405, Division 4 , Title <br /> 9 , of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Table 9-405 . 2 : Uses in Commercial Zones <br /> Note: <br /> } meas;—e -t-k �re} ed s <br /> water systei-��r C <br />
