Section 9-505.5, Chapter 9-505, Division 5, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code is hereby amended by amending subsections 9-505.5(e) and 9-505.50 to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-505.5 Special Use Regulations in Truck Terminal Zone. In addition to the provisions <br /> of Section 9-505.2 through 9-505.4, the following regulations shall apply to truck terminals: <br /> (e) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line <br /> f4tGOR (45) feet, then the aGGe" gate -sh-all -be- Fec-e-6sed a langti; equal to the <br /> a minimum of sixty-five(65) feet. <br /> (� There shall be a five (5) foot wide landscaped strip as a noise and visual buffer <br /> and a fence for security along the property lines to adjacent property which is <br /> developed residentially. <br /> SECTION _. Yards on lots within the Industrial Zones shall have the <br /> minimum dimensions set forth in Table 9-510.3, except as modified below: <br /> (c) Structures Within Required Yards.
