SECTION _. Section 9-505.5, Chapter 9-505, Division 5, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsections 9-505.5(e) and 9-505.50 to read as follows: Section 9-505.5 Special Use Regulations in Truck Terminal Zone. In addition to the provisions of Section 9-505.2 through 9-505.4, the following regulations shall apply to truck terminals: (e) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line f4tGOR (45) feet, then the aGGe" gate -sh-all -be- Fec-e-6sed a langti; equal to the a minimum of sixty-five(65) feet.
