Section 9-610.3 Area Exceptions. The following exceptions to the minimum lot area regulations <br /> in Table 9-610.2 are permitted: <br /> (b) Parcels For Certain Specified Uses Parcels containing less area than the minimum <br /> required in Section 9-610.2 may be created for the purpose of providing a separate lot <br /> for an existing use or a use granted by permit in the A-G zone, subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> (1) The existing use, or use granted by permit, is classified under one or more of the <br /> following use types: Agricultural Processing; Agricultural Organizations; <br /> Agricultural Sales; Agricultural Warehousing; Animal Feeding and Sales; Animal <br /> Specialty Services, Farm; Educational Services, General; Equipment Sales and <br /> Repair: Farm Machinery, Sales; Equipment Sales and Repairs: Farm Machinery <br /> Repair; Major Impact Services; Nursery Sales and Services: Wholesale; Public <br /> Services; Recreation: Campgrounds; Recreation: Marinas; Religious Assembly; <br /> Stables; Utility Services. <br /> SECTION _. Section 9-610.5, Chapter 9-610, Division 6, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-610.5(b)(4) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-610.5 Yard Dimensions. Yards within the Agricultural Zones shall have the minimum <br /> depths set forth in Table 9-610.2, except as modified below: <br /> (b) Structures Within Required Yards. The following structures may be located in or extend <br /> within required yards, subject to the provisions specified: <br /> (4) Additions to non-conforming GiAgIG fQMilly dWQIIiA9G structures, subject to the <br /> provisions of Chapter 9-235. <br /> SECTION _.
