Section 9-1010.3, Chapter 9-1010, Division 10, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-1010.3(a)(5)(B) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1010.3 Special Provisions. <br /> (a) Architectural Features. All yards shall comply with the following requirements: <br /> (5) Eaves Roof Overhangs, and Similar Features. <br /> (B) Four (4) feet maximumT for a side, front, or rear yard over ten (10) feet! <br /> except that such features may extend up to ten (10) feet into a side, <br /> front or read yard in areas zoned commercial. <br /> SECTION_. Section 9-1020.4, Chapter 9-1020, Division 10, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-1020.4(e) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1020.4 Requirements for Parking Areas. The following requirements shall apply to all <br /> open, off-street parking areas and off-street loading areas, including non-residential driveways: <br /> (e) Unless otherwise specified, parking areas abutting a residential zone, an area <br /> shown on the General Plan for residential use or an existing residential use, shall <br /> be screened with a solid masonry wall six(6) to seven (7)feet in height along the <br /> abutting property line, and a five (5) foot planting strip shall be installed adjacent <br /> to the wall and the parking area <br /> SECTION _. Section 9-1025.9, Chapter 9-1025, Division 10, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending subsection 9-1025.9(d) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1025.9 Noise. All uses and property shall be subject to the following <br /> provisions concerning noise levels: <br /> (d) Exceptions. The following shall be exempt from the provisions of this section. <br /> (a) Temporary construction,repair,or demolition activities occurring between <br /> 7:00 am. and 7:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays shall-tae-exempt <br /> (b) Burglar alarms. <br /> SECTION _. Section 9-1100.9, Chapter 9-1100, Division 11, Title 9, of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1100.9 Off-Site Rights-of-Way. Where it is necessary to extend improvements beyond <br /> the boundaries of the development project for adequate traffic, drainage, flood control, or water <br /> and sewer service needs, the developer shall acquire and dedicate to the County the necessary <br /> easement or right-of-way to accommodate such improvements. <br />
