AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF SAN JOAQUIN RELATIVE TO SECTIONS 9-2184, 9-2377 , 9-3077 . 1 , 9-9213 , <br /> AND 9-10500, CONCERNING FARM LABOR MOBILEHOMES, FUTURE ROAD WIDTH <br /> LINES FOR SCHULTE ROAD AND PATTERSON PASS ROAD, SECOND UNIT DWELLING <br /> DEFINITION, CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE, AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FEE . <br /> THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN ORDAINS AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION Section 9-2184, Chapter 10, Division 2 , Title 9, <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending <br /> Subsection (d) to read as follows: <br /> (d) Rent . Except for farm labor mobilehomes, the mobilehome can- <br /> not be rented or leased; <br /> SECTION Section 9-2377 , Chapter 21 , Division 2 , Title 9, <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding <br /> Subsections (c) , (d) , and (e) to read as follows: <br /> (c) Schulte Road, from Lammers Road to Patterson Pass Road: <br /> forty-two 42 feet from the centerline of the right-of-way <br /> on each side thereof ; <br /> _(d) Patterson Pass Road, from Interstate 205 to Interstate 580: <br /> forty-two 42 feet from the centerline of the right-of-way <br /> on each side thereof ; <br /> (e) Patterson Pass Road, from Interstate 205 to Schulte Road: <br /> forty-two 42 feet on the east side from the centerline of <br /> Old Patterson Pass Road right-of-way. <br /> SECTION Section 9-3077 . 1 , Chapter 2 , Division 3, Title <br /> 9, of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> SECTION 9-3077 . 1 . DWELLING, SECOND UNIT. "Second Unit <br /> Dwelling" means a detached or attached dwelling unit which provi- <br /> des complete, independent living facilities for not more than two <br /> ( 2) adults, one of whom is fifty-five 55 <br /> years of age or older . <br /> SECTION Section 9-9213, Chapter 10, Division 9, Title 9, <br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> SECTION 9-9213 . FINDINGS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. <br /> After the review authority has reviewed the application, one of <br /> the following determinations shall be made based on the findings <br /> of the review: <br /> (a) Certificate of Compliance. If the parcel is found to be in <br /> compliance with all provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and <br /> local ordinances enacted pursuant to the Act the-eoattT, a <br /> Certificate of Compliance shall be issued pursuant to Section <br /> 66499. 35(a) of the Governmend Code; <br /> TA-89-1 (4th Draft) - 1 - (9-6-88) <br />
