SECTION 9-11005 . 5. REVIEW PROCEDURES. The review procedure <br /> for a Development Agreement shall be a Public Hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission, with the following modifications: <br /> (a) Planning Commission Review. At the conclusion of the Public <br /> Hearing, the Planning Commission shall recommend approval or <br /> denial of the Development Agreement to the Board of <br /> Supervisors; <br /> (b) Decision by Board of Supervisors. Final action on the Develop- <br /> ment Agreement shall be taken by the Board of Supervisors at <br /> a Public Hearing. <br /> (1) The Public Hearing shall be noticed pursuant to the <br /> notification requirements of Section 9-1108; <br /> (2 ) The Development Agreement, if approved by the Board, <br /> shall be approved by ordinance. <br /> SECTION 9-11005. 6 . FINDINGS. Prior to approving a Develop- <br /> ment Agreement, the review authority shall find that all of the <br /> following are true: <br /> (a) The provisions of the Development Agreement are consistent <br /> with the General Plan and any adopted specific plans for the <br /> area; <br /> (b) The proposed project complies with all the provisions of the <br /> Planning Title. <br /> SECTION 9-11005.7. RECORDATION. No later than ten (10 ) days <br /> after the final approval of a Development Agreement, the County <br /> Clerk shall record with the County Recorder a copy of the <br /> agreement, which shall describe the land subject thereto. <br /> CHAPTER 3.
