(a) Planning Commission Review. At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission shall recommend approval or denial of the Development Agreement to the Board of Supervisors ; (b) Decision 12y Board of Supervisors. Final action on the Develop- ment Agreement shall be taken i2y the Board of Supervisors at a Public Hearing. (1 ) The Public Hearing shall be noticed pursuant to the notification requirements of Section 9-1108 ; (2 ) The Development Agreement , if approved hy the Board, shall be approved by ordinance . SECTION 9-11005 . 6. FINDINGS. Prior to approving a Develop- ment Agreement , the review authority shall find that all of the following are true: (a) The provisions of the Development Agreement are consistent with the General Plan and any adopted specific plans for the area; (b) The proposed project complies with all the provisions of the Planning Title . SECTION 9-11005 .7 . RECORDATION. No later than ten 10 days after the final approval of a Development Agreement , the County Clerk shall record with the County Recorder a copy of the agreement , which shall describe the land subject thereto.
