SECTION 9-4001 . PERMITTED USES . USES SUBJECT TO DEVELOPMENT PLAN. The following uses are permitted subject to an approved Development Plan: (a) Gas and/or oil wells in areas not designated for urban development in the General Plan; (b) Hunting and fishing clubs; (c) Dwellings, Section 9-3223 notwithstanding, which are accessory to dairies or poultry farms whose operational characteristics and methods require the operator to provide certain of his farm workers with living quarters on the pre- mises.
