<br /> OF SAN JOAQUIN, RELATIVE TO SECTIONS 9-2352 , 9-3080. 05, 9-3083 ,
<br /> 9-3083. 091 , 9-3091. 5, 9-3095 , 9-3098 , 9-3117 . 04 , 9-3117 . 15 , 9-3234 ,
<br /> 9-4001, 9-4001. 1, 9-4001. 2, 9-4101, 9-4102 , 9-4102. 1, 9-4103 , 9-4201,
<br /> 9-5002, 9-5003 , 9-5101, 9-5131, AND 9-5161; CONCERNING FAMILY FOOD
<br /> PRODUCTION; ANIMAL STANDARDS; USES IN THE EA, GA, I-PA, RR, AND RA
<br /> ZONES; USES PERMITTED UNDER CONTRACT; AND DEFINITIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL
<br /> ANIMAL PROJECT, FAMILY FOOD PRODUCTION, FEEDLOT, ADULT HOG, KENNEL,
<br /> POULTRY RANCH, AND SMALL ANIMAL FARM.
<br /> SECTION 1 Section 9-2352 , Chapter 19 , Division 2 , Title 9 ,
<br /> of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending
<br /> Subsection (a ) to read as follows:
<br /> SECTION 9-2352 . TERMS OF CONTRACT. A contract which is
<br /> entered into shall be subject to the provisions of Board
<br /> Resolution R-77-0471, and the following conditions:
<br /> (a) Permitted Uses. Property under contract shall be limited to
<br /> those uses specified in Section 9-4004; Section 9-4101;
<br /> Section 9-4102; Section 9-4102.}�11,`�JI•Subsections (a ) , (b) , (c ) ,
<br /> (d) , (e ) , (f ) , (m) , (n ) , (o) , ��
<br /> T (q) . (t) and (u) ;
<br /> a --rnr Section 9-4103 , Subsections (b) , (d) , (g) , and (k) ,
<br /> and the following uses:
<br /> (1 ) Two-family residences;
<br /> (2 ) Excavations , where the rehabilitation plan is for agri-
<br /> culture;
<br /> ( 3 ) Mining of minerals and petroleum products;
<br /> (4 ) The erection, construction, alteration, or maintenance
<br /> of gas , electric, water, or communication utility faci-
<br /> lities;
<br /> (5 ) Periodic auction of farm equipment;
<br /> (6 ) Mobilehomes and recreational vehicles pursuant to
<br /> Chapter 10 , Division 2, of this Title;
<br /> ( 7 ) Sanitary landfills;
<br /> ( 8 ) Sales and distribution of agricultural chemicals and
<br /> fertilizers if the operation consists primarily of
<br /> dispatching less than truck load lots and/or the deli-
<br /> very of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers is by
<br /> means of grower operated equipment;
<br /> (9 ) Agricultural contracting services;
