Conditional Uses. The :Following <br /> uses are permitted subject to an approved Use Permit: <br /> (h ) Other uses which are determined by the <br /> Planning Commission to be similar in character <br /> and impact to the uses specifically allowed in <br /> the C-2 zone. <br /> Since the "other uses" would be subject to discretionary <br /> approval, sufficient standards would be available to <br /> minimize or eliminate undesirable impacts resulting from <br /> the propsed "other use.
