Exce tions to Height Requirements The requirements of this Chapter shall not apply to uses ermitted in an industrial zone which are re uired to maintain visual screens to a height greater than specified in this Title. Section 9-1100.3, Chapter 9-1100, Division 11, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (f) to read as follows: Section 9-1100.3 General Requirements. The following General Requirements shall apply to all development projects and to all building projects for which a building permit is required unless otherwise exempted by this Title: (f) Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
