Exce tions to Height Requirements The requirements of this Chapter shall not <br /> apply to uses ermitted in an industrial zone which are re uired to maintain <br /> visual screens to a height greater than specified in this Title. <br /> Section 9-1022.5 Nolse Attenuation Walls. Walls fences berms and or landscaping for the <br /> purpose of noise attenuation ma be re uired in an zone when adjacent to a high noise <br /> enerator such as a major roadway or railroad. Noise attenuation requirements shall be <br /> developed in response to the noise level and source affecting specific propertV. Where noise <br /> attenuation walls are re uired hei ht and and restrictions for walls may be waived bV the Director <br /> as required for effective noise reduction. <br /> SECTION 31. Section 9-1100.3, Chapter 9-1100, Division 11, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsection (f) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1100.3 General Requirements. The following General Requirements shall apply to all <br /> development projects and to all building projects for which a building permit is required unless <br /> otherwise exempted by this Title: <br /> (f) Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Applications for Major or Minor Subdivisions shall be <br /> accepted only if the applicant provides at applicant's cost for processing by San Joaquin <br /> an irrevocable offer of dedication from an <br /> Coun <br /> adjacent or other property owner(s), if such irrevocable offer of dedication is deemed <br /> necessary by the Department of Public Works. <br /> SECTION 32. Section 9-1415.3, Chapter 9-1415, Division 14, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending Subsections (f) and (k) to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-1415.3 Development Standards. Any (quarry Excavation Permit approved under the <br /> provisions of this Title shall be subject to the following standards: <br /> (f) Hours of Operation. <br /> a fjAdiA9 ran he made <br /> Normal Hours Plant operations shall normally be carried on during the hours <br /> from 5:00 a m and 9:00 p.m. <br /> Time Zone. Said hours shall be based on either Pacific Standard Time or Pacific <br /> Daylight Savings Time whichever is legally in effect. <br /> Exceptions Exceptions may be made: <br /> For periods of declared national state or County emergency, or <br /> If a finding can be made by the Review Authority that the longer hours <br /> of operation will not cause a nuisance in the case of a specific quarry <br /> excavation. <br /> (4) Extension of Hours.
