SECTION 21. Section 9-710.6, Chapter 9-710, Division 7, Trtle 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 9-710.6 Buildinq l;#9Rsiy Coverage. The percentage of the total area of any lot which may be occupied by buildings aad-tures in the other zones shall not exceed that set forth in Table 9-710.2- SECTION 22. Table 9-710.2, Chapter 9-710, Division 7, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by amending building intensity to read as follows: :!TABLE 9-710.2 Standards for Minimum Lot Area & Width, Yard Dimensions, Height, and Building intoRcity Coverage Other Zones P-F M-X Building IRteRsky Coverage (%) 60 100 SECTION 23. Section 9-812.5, Chapter 9-812, Division 8, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: Section 9-812.5 Conditional Zone Reclassification. 1!21 Removal of Conditional Zoning Upon completion of the terms and conditions of a Conditional Zone Reclassification the Director may deem the terms and conditions of the Conditional Zone Reclassification fulfilled if in the Director's iudgement the following are true: The reason for approving the Conditional Zone Reclassification no longer exists, The compatibility of uses in the area is ensured, Public health and safety is protected, and u The internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained. If the Director determines the terms and conditions have been satisfied, the Conditional Zone designation shall be removed from the Zoning Map and any listing of Conditional Zone Reclassifications.
