Section 9-405.4, Chapter 9-z,05, Division 4, Title 9 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-405.4 Temporary Uses and Structures. Permitted, not permitted, and conditionally <br /> permitted temporary uses and structures are set forth in Table 9-405.4. Temporary uses or <br /> structures not specifically listed in Table 9-405.4 may be allowed, subject to approval of a-use <br /> pe"44 an Improvement Plan pursuant to Chapter 9-821 9-884. <br /> SECTION _.
