lot for each dwelling, subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> i <br /> (1) The single-family dwellings were erected <br /> prior to February 9, 1961; and <br /> (2) The proposed subdivision of property <br /> complies with Sections 51230. 1 and <br /> 66474.4 of the Government Code if the <br /> property to be divided is under a <br /> Williamson Act Contract. <br /> (f1 -fd-Y Parcels Based on Lot-Size Averaging. Parcels <br /> of land containing up to ten (10) percent less <br /> area than the minimum area required in <br /> Table 9-610.2 may be created from an original <br /> parcel, subject to the following conditions: <br /> (1) The overall average parcel area of the <br /> proposed subdivision is equal to or <br /> greater than the minimum parcel area <br /> required in Table 9-610.2 ; and <br /> (2) The proposed subdivision of property <br /> complies with Sections 51230. 1 and <br /> 66474.4 of the Government Code if the <br /> property to be divided is under a <br /> Williamson Act Contract. <br /> Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br /> force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the <br /> expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, <br /> shall be published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the <br /> members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the <br /> same. <br /> BOS LETTER PAGE 7 <br />
