ORDINANCE NO. 3761 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 9 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br /> COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN RELATIVE TO SECTION 9-610. 3 CONCERNING <br /> HOMESITE PARCELS IN THE GENERAL AGRICULTURAL (AG) ZONE. <br /> THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN ORDAINS <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Section 9-610. 3 , Chapter 9-610, Division 6, Title <br /> 9 of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code is hereby amended to <br />` read as follows: <br /> Section 9-610. 3 Area Exceptions. The following exceptions to <br /> the minimum lot area regulations in Table 9-610 . 2 are <br /> permitted: <br /> (a) Homesite Parcels. Homesite parcels may be approved <br /> in the AG zone }€ provided all of the following <br /> ~-tea provisions are met satisfied: <br /> (1) Not more than one (1) homesite parcels may be <br /> created from an existing parcel; however, <br /> under no circumstances shall Tthe number of <br /> parcels resulting from the division dees- net <br /> exceed the maximum number of parcels <br /> permissible under the General Plan density. <br /> In ea-leulating the number of determining how <br /> many homesite parcels have been created from <br /> an existing parcel, all dvsi-ens of the <br /> subseet i ems--homesite parcels created from an <br /> existing parcel since July 29 , 1992 , the date <br /> of the adoption of the General Plan, shall be <br /> determined counted; <br /> (2) The A44 homesite parcels shall contain not <br /> less than of two (2) acres nor more <br /> than five (5) acres A homesite parcel created <br /> from property under Williamson Act contract <br /> shall also comply with Section 66474 . 4 of the <br /> Government Code which permits the creation of <br /> such homesite parcels provided a residence has <br /> existed on the property proposed to be divided <br /> for five (5) years and the property owner has <br /> owned the property for ten (10) years; <br /> TA-93-3 -1- ORD 3761 <br />
