SEgTrN M52.5 Fwpw-,s Prior to approving an application for a Pond Excavation Permit the Review Authority <br /> shall find all of the following true: <br /> u The pond is located on non-prime soil or the proposed site contains a unique environmental <br /> or geographic feature that will be retained and preserved as a result of the proiect <br /> The excavation will not have a detrimental effect on any surrounding agricultural lands: <br /> (c) Issuance of the permit shall not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or <br /> welfare, or be iniudous to the property or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> SECT10N 9-852.6 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. Approved Pond Excavation Permits shall be subjected to the <br /> development standards specified in Chapter 9-1420. <br /> SEcTioN 9-852.7 Time LmrroNAPPRoyALs. If the excavation does not commence within eighteen (18) months <br /> after the date of approval of the Pond Excavation Permit, the permit shall lapse and become void. <br />
