The Potter's request to vary the minimum lot size from 40 acres to two acres will result in the creation of <br /> an agricultural hcmesite parcel without meeting the Homesite requirements of the Development Title. The <br /> property is not being deprived of privileges enjoyed by other property in the vicinity and granting this <br /> variance will constitute a special privilege for the applicant.
