The <br /> underlying project will be a Minor Subdivision to create a 2- <br /> acre parcel and a 24 .97-acre remainder. The project site is <br /> located on the east side of Austin Road, one-half mile north <br /> of Graves Road, east of Manteca (Supervisorial District 5) . <br /> Chandler Martin, Associate Planner, introduced the staff report <br /> into the record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: <br /> PROPONENTS: <br /> William Potter (19066 S. Austin Road, Manteca) said his purpose in <br /> applying for the Variance is to be able to transfer the ownership <br /> of a two-acre parcel with an existing residence to his long-time <br /> employee and foreman. <br /> OPPONENTS: <br /> None were present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: <br /> MOTION: <br /> Moved, seconded (Fortney/Zunino) , and passed by a unanimous roll <br /> call vote (7-0) to deny Variance Application No. VR-94-2 due to the <br /> inability to make Findings 1 and 2 . <br /> -11- <br />
