Clean and maintain this area <br /> clean and accessible within a week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained. (CCR 65535)All filters, valves,pumps,strainers <br /> and equipment shall be readily accessible for repair and replacement. (CBC 31238) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The pressure differential between influent and effluent are 21 PSI. Clean/replace the filters within one <br /> week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B)Pressure gauge <br /> located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B)Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br /> can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing. (CBC 31288) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Flow rate: 80 gpm Chlorine: 4.8 ppm Temp: 70.00 ° F <br /> Cyanuric acid: 0 ppm pH: 7.8 Combined chlorine: 0 ppm <br /> NOTES <br /> Routine inspection conducted this date. The followings were noted: <br /> Influent: 25 GPM; Effluent:4 GPM <br /> This facility is closed due to COVID-19. <br /> Self-closing and self-latching gate was tested and functional; light and GFI were tested and functional; emergency shut off for <br /> spa was tested and functional. <br /> The pool enclosure does not have at least one means of egress without a key for emergency purposes. It is recommended <br /> that hand activated door or gate opening hardware be installed per section 31198.2 and 3119B.3, California Building Code. <br /> Inspection report was discussed with Frank Camacho, pool service.
