Typical uses include dog kennels, pet <br /> motels, and dog training centers; <br /> _(m_)_ +h-} Landscape Services, Limited. Landscape installation and <br /> maintenance services provided in conjunction with a <br /> wholesale or retail nursery. Typical uses include turf <br /> or sod installation businesses and garden planting <br /> businesses; <br /> Inh Liquor Sales. The Liquor Sales use type refers to the <br /> retail sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption either <br /> on or off the premises of the establishment. Excluded <br /> are uses classified under either the Retail Sales or <br /> Eating Establishments use types. The following are the <br /> categories of the Liquor Sales use type: <br /> (1) On-Premises, General. On-premises sale and <br /> consumption of alcoholic beverages in a facility <br /> which allows live entertainment or dancing. <br /> Typical uses include dance halls and comedy clubs. <br /> On-Premises, Limited. On-premises sale and <br /> consumption of alcoholic beverages in a facility <br /> where live entertainment or dancing is not allowed. <br /> Typical uses include taverns, brew pubs, and <br /> cocktail lounges. <br /> (3)_ Off-Premises. The retail sale of alcoholic <br /> beverages for off-premises consumption. Typical <br /> uses include liquor stores. <br /> loL Lodging Services. The Lodging Services use type refers <br /> to the provision of rental quest rooms on a less than <br /> weekly basis to the general public, and the incidental <br /> sale of food, drink, and similar products and services <br /> intended for the convenience of guests. The following <br /> are the categories of the Lodging Services use type: <br /> (11) Bed and Breakfast. Lodging facilities, other than <br /> a motel, that are provided in an existing dwelling <br /> structure and are located in areas designated as <br /> Residential, Commercial, or Agriculture on the <br /> General Plan map.
