LOT AND STRUCTURE REGULATIONS. Unless otherwise <br /> specified in this Title, all parcels and structures in the C-RE <br /> zone shall conform to the lot and structure regulations specified <br /> below: <br /> (a) Area Regulations: None. <br /> (b) Width Regulations: The minimum width of parcels in the C-RE <br /> zone shall be fifty (50) feet. <br /> (c) Yard Regulations: <br /> (1) Front Yard Regulations. The minimum depth of the front <br /> yard shall be twenty (20) feet. <br /> (2) Street Side Yards. The minimum depth of the street side <br /> yard shall be twenty (20) feet. <br /> (3) Side Yards. None. <br /> (4) Rear Yards. No minimum rear yard is required, except <br /> that rear yards on reverse corner lots shall have a <br /> minimum depth of ten (10) feet. <br /> (d) Building Intensity. No building or group of buildings or <br /> structures shall occupy more than fifty (50) percent of the <br /> lot area. <br /> (e) Height Regulations. No building shall be erected to a height <br /> greater than forty-five (45) feet. <br /> SECTION 9-6603 . PARKING AND LOADING REGULATIONS. The regulations <br /> specified in Chapter 15 of Division 3 of this Title shall apply. <br /> SECTION 5.
