Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Jeff Carruesco and I went to the location and found a mobile food facility (food truck). The name of the business is Tacos <br /> Nayarit, license#2J44406. This vehicle has a current permit. We spoke with the owner and we explained the reason for our <br /> visit. We received a complaint about a food truck that parks at Airport and Louise in Manteca, and there is no restroom <br /> available for the employees. They park at this location from 12 pm to 1:45 pm. They park at sunnyvalley from 7:45 to 12 pm. <br /> The owner explained to us the method used to go to the restroom. Two people work in the truck. They don't have a car there <br /> right now but the owner states that he can call his wife to come to the truck while he goes to use the restroom at their home. <br /> The home is 3 to five minutes on Yosemite and Wawona st in Manteca. <br /> ..California Health and Safety Code 114315. <br /> (a)Afood facility shall be operated within 200 feet travel distance of an approved and readily available toilet and handwashing <br /> facility, or as otherwise approved by the enforcement agency, to ensure that restroom facilities are available to facility <br /> employees whenever the mobile food facility is stopped to conduct business for more than a one-hour period. <br /> The use of the restroom will be approved at this time. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
