PINAL DR STOCKT(..)tu April 23 2010 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS s, <br /> (CLASS 1,CLASS 11,or MINOR Notice to Comply) 7 4 <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 708 CCR 66273.35 UWH stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate storage time. <br /> The following universal wastes were found on site with an accumulation start date greater than one year. <br /> (5)containers of used batteries with accumulation start dates from 2015 inside of the machine shop. <br /> (2)55-gallon drums of Universal Waste aerosol cans with an accumulation start date 1/2/18 <br /> (2)55-gallon drum of Universal Waste aerosol cans with an accumulation start date 7/2/16 <br /> 22 CCR§66273.35.Accumulation Time Limits. <br /> (a)A universal waste handler shall accumulate universal waste for no longer than one year from the date the universal <br /> waste was generated, or was received from another universal waste handler. <br /> (b)A universal waste handler shall be able to demonstrate the length of time that this universal waste has been <br /> accurnulated from the date it became a waste or,was received. The universal waste handler may snake this <br /> dernonstration by <br /> (1)Placing the universal waste in a container and marking or labeling the container with the earliest date that any <br /> universal waste in the container became a waste or was received: <br /> (2)Marking or labeling the individual item of universal waste(e.g., each battery or thermostat)with the date it became <br /> a waste or was received: <br /> (3)Maintaining an inventory system onsite that identifies the date the universal waste being accumulated became a <br /> waste or was received, <br /> (4)Maintaining an inventory system onsite that identifies the earliest date that any universal waste in a group of items <br /> of universal waste or a group of containers of universal waste became a waste or was received, <br /> (5)Placing the universal waste in a specific accumulation area and marking or labeling the area to identify the <br /> earliest date that any universal waste in the area becalne a waste or was received. or <br /> (6)Any other,method which clearly demonstrates the length of time that the universal waste has been accumtllated <br /> from the date it became a waste or was received. <br /> Send the above universal wastes to a recycles and provide a copy of the recycling record to San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be takers for each violation.. and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 29, 2019, <br /> Starting September 1; 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
