The recently adopted Underground Storage Tank (UST) . <br /> regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16, Section 2621(c) require a home heating <br /> fuel or farm tank taken out of use to close in accordance with Article 7 of <br /> the regulations. Based on correspondence received from the]ILegislature (see <br /> enclosure) , the State Board intends to delete this requirement.': the <br /> Legislature intended that these tanks would be exempt from the UST law in its <br /> entirety. <br /> Following revisions of the regulations, staff will revise LG-10'9 <br /> "Determination of Farm.
