3.0 RESULTS
1 3.1 DEPTH TO QROUND WATER
Depth to ground water measurements and ground water elevations are presented on Table
' 1 - Ground Water Elevatlons. The average elevation of the ground water at the site on
December 22, 1993 was approximately 4 25 feet relative to an onsite datum. The water
1 elevations calculated for December 1993 are approximately 1.5 feet below those measured
in September 1993. Since installation of the wells, the seasonal variations in water levels
' are approximately 7 feet, with the high in September of 1993 and the low in February of
1991
1
3.2 GROUND WATER FLOW DIRECTION AND GRADIENT
' Figure 2 - Ground Water Elevations shows the general direction of ground water flow
beneath the site on December 22, 1993 to be toward the south. The gradient of the ground
water surface was calculated as 0 002 feet/foot. The general flow direction and relatively
low gradient is similar to those calculated for previous monitoring events
3.3 GROUND WATER ANALYSES
' Analytical results for ground water samples collected from wells MW-1 through MW-4 and
the duplicate sample are included as Appendix B, and are also presented on Table 2 -
' Summary of Analytical Results for Ground Water Samples TPH-D, and BTEX were not
detected in the ground water samples collected from any of the wells or the duplicate
' sample.
1
Environmental Science
F',6935186\4gmr 93 5 &Engineering,Inc
