Attached is a copy of our staff member's report. <br /> In view of the concerns identified in the report,; it will be necessary <br /> for you to initiate an assessment of the property to define the areal. <br /> (vertical and horizontal ) extent of contamination. This assessment <br /> shall be supervised by a California Registered Geologist or Certified <br /> Engineering Geologist, or civil or professional engineer licensed in <br /> California. Enclosed :is our recommended format for preparation and <br /> submittal of proposals . <br /> Please respond no later than 30 days following receipt of this letter <br /> confirming your selection of an appropriate licensed individual and/ <br /> or firm.
