i <br /> 3 <br /> 100 S VENTURA <br /> CHRONOLOGY CONTINUED <br /> 06-23-95 <br /> PHS-EHD receives excavation and dewatering workplan to remove the impacted soil from the <br /> former tank pit. <br /> 07-21-95 <br /> PHS-EHD conducts public participation this date by posting the site. <br /> I <br /> 08-08-95 thru 08-11-95 <br /> Former tank pit area excavated to approximately 20' bgs. Tens of thousands of gallons of <br /> groundwater were pumped from the tank pit to allow the excavation to occur and was disposed of <br /> under permit at the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities District Plant. <br /> 12-14-96 <br /> PHS-EHD performs a site visit this date to observe the collection of four soil samples from the <br /> bottom/sidewall at approx. 20' bgs. The pit had to be dewatered of approx. 10' of groundwater in <br /> order to obtain the samples and backfill the hole. The results of the soil sampling are as follows: <br /> s <br />
