In addition, the individual or individuals <br /> authorizing the continued investigation shall provide identification with <br /> respect to their title of authority. <br /> Include in all proposals and reports a site specific Health and Safety Plan <br /> describing personal protection for all field personnel (see 29 CFR 1910. 120 <br /> of OSHA regulations) . <br /> This protection should include the use of personal protective <br /> equipment such as coveralls, gloves, steel toe and shank shoes or <br /> boots (leather or chemical resistant material ) , safety glasses, and <br /> hard hats.
