Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. The oil stained rags were gathered from the containment <br /> site and stored in a used rag waste container for disposal every 180 days . Refer to picture 1 and picture 2 for <br /> documentation of the Hazardous Waste Label . The spill under the tote in the western section of the property was <br /> deemed non-hazardous and removed and placed into our recycle pile to be processed into recycled products . <br /> Additional Response: <br /> The spill that was noted in the SQHWG Inspection Report, Violoation 102, was deemed non-hazardous and was <br /> absorbed with an dry absorbant material and moved to our grindings pile where it is processed into recycled asphalt <br /> pavement (RAP) and further used in the production of hot mix asphalt.
