INTRODUCTION PERP�IIT/�ifir' ''_S <br /> At the request of Mr. Jim Carson of Highway 26 Quick Stop/Cherry Lane Mobile Home Park, <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared the this Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> for the property at 11225 East Highway 26, Stockton, California(the site). The location of the site <br /> is illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD) for the procurement of a soil boring permit. The work <br /> is being performed as part of a due diligence for a property transfer. The work plan is prepared in <br /> accordance withAppendixA to Tri-Regional Recommendations-Reporting, dated 30 August 1991, <br /> prepared by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Appendix A - Reports) for <br /> the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located in an agricultural/rural area of East Stockton(Figure 1) at an estimated elevation <br /> of 58 feet above sea level. The local topography slopes toward the southwest. <br /> 2.1. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is located at 11225 East Highway 26, approximately 800 feet west of the intersection with <br /> Beecher Road,city of Stockton,San Joaquin County,California.The property comprises of a single <br /> parcel,and is currently occupied by the Highway 26 Quick Stop and Cherry Lane Mobile Home Park <br /> (Figure 2). <br /> 2.2. UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL <br /> One 350-gallon and one 2,600-gallon leaded gasoline USTs were removed from the center front and <br /> the east front of the Highway 26 Quick Stop site on 15 October 1986; an additional 350-gallon <br /> gasoline leaded UST was removed from the west front on 20 December 1991 (See figure 2). The <br /> Highway 26 Quick Stop/Cherry Lane Mobile Home Park was advised by the PHS-EHD by letter <br /> dated 23 April 1992 that no further action was required at the site for the one UST that was removed <br /> on 20 December 1991; the USTs removed in 1986 are not officially closed. <br /> Based on information available from PHS-EHD file review, total petroleum hydrocarbons as <br /> gasoline(TPH-g),benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX), and lead were not detected <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
