CLEAERFnuR <br /> G R O U P, 1 N C. <br /> Following recovery. of water levels to at least`8 % of their. static levels, groundwater <br /> samples will be collected from the monitoring wells using dedicated polyethylene <br /> bailers. Samples will be labeled, documented on a chain-of-custody form,.and placed <br /> in a cooler for transport to PACE Inc. The gro-undwater samples will be analyzed for <br /> TPHd and BTEX. <br /> 3.0 PROJECT REP43RTING <br /> 3.1 Report Presentation <br /> A brief well, installation/groundwater samplir g report will be generated following <br /> receipt of analytical data from the project laboratory. The report will contain the <br /> information listed below: <br /> • Text describing investigative methods. <br /> • Summary of results, interpretation of findings, and recommendation for <br /> appropriate action. <br /> Geologic well logs for each boring. <br /> • Tables presenting.soil and groundwater analytical results. <br /> • Location and site map. <br /> • Maps (one each) depicting contaminant distribution in groundwater and local <br /> groundwater flow direction. <br /> 0-104 WI WORKPLAN 3 January 19, 1995. <br />
