These data would allow <br /> determination of the potential effectiveness of in situ biodegradation as a supplemental treatment <br /> technique, <br /> 10.0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> After reviewing the data and evaluating the technical and economic feasibility of each of the <br /> remediation alternatives,Groundwater Technology recommends a groundwater extraction and treatment <br /> system as the most effective and suitable remedial action for this site. <br /> Additionally,in order to determine the extent of petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil in the vicinity <br /> of the gasoline fuel dispensers,Groundwater Technology recommends drilling and collecting soil samples <br /> -- (down to the water table), and analyzing the samples for TPF!-G,TPFI-D, and BTEX.
