000
Intermodal I Dedicated I Final Mile I Flatbed
Truckload I Refrigerated I LTL I Single Source
From:Tricia Dai <tdai(@sjcehd.com>
Sent:Thursday, April 11, 2019 2:44 PM
To: Kimberly Zink<Kimberly.Zink(@jbhunt.com>; Deshawn Phillips<Deshawn.PhillipsPibhunt.com>
Cc: Garrett Backus [EH] <gbackus(@s'cehd.com>
Subject: RE: JB Hunt 2660 Loomis Rd - PR0507075 - oil/water separator questions
CAUTION:This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you
recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Hello Deshawn and Kim,
Thank you for the quick response of sending me some of your waste profiles, but I actually
would like to see a waste profile for the oil water separator. The SafetyKleen profiles I
received were for Flammable Aerosols-Non-Punctured and Non-RCRA hazardous waste solids-
Oily debris and absorbents.
I also have a few follow up questions. I received the Non-Hazardous waste manifest for the oil-
water separator waste that was disposed of on July 7, 2016, that was picked up by Northstar
Environmental Group Inc. Is there a profile/testing of the waste done by Northstar
Environmental to show how the waste was determined to be Non-Hazardous?
The SafetyKleen receipts show that on the solids and liquids were tested for halogens on both
January 10, 2018 and June 6, 2018. Has there been a CAM17 test done on the oil-water
separator waste to determine if there are heavy metal contaminants?
Thank you,
Tricia Dai
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205-6232
(209) 468-0331
