The proposed development project includes:
1. A one bedroom apartment and an existing two bedroom home with a total wastewater flow of 250
gallons per day (gpd). The wastewater flow of 250 gpd is not to be used for septic system design or
size calculation.
Wastewater flow of 100 gpd from the proposed 1 bedroom apartment
Wastewater flow of 150 gpd from the existing 2 bedroom home
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
The SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the proposed development project on
the above mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d),
provided proposed OWTS and 100% replacement area can meet all required minimum setbacks from any
water wells.
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Environmental Health Specialist, EHS, at
agooderham@sjgov.org o 209) 468-3442.
Michael Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Live Oak Geo Environmental, Inc.
1868 E.
