The SSCR was submitted for a proposed future subdivision of the current two parcels totaling <br /> 78.79-acre parcel. The proposed subdivision will annex a 16.0-acre portion of parcel 226-150- <br /> 27 onto adjoining parcel 226-15-28. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> has received and reviewed your Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated May 4, <br /> 2019 and has found it meets the requirements of San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section <br /> 9-905.12 (a). <br /> a. According to the Surface Subsurface Contamination Report a 55-gallon drum containing <br /> unused motor oil was observed inside the nursery maintenance shop. Before any hazardous <br /> materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must report the use or <br /> storage of these hazardous materials to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS) at cers.calepa.ca.gov/ and comply with the laws and regulations for the programs <br /> listed below (based on quantity of hazardous material in some cases).
