A ten (10) foot wide public utility easement shall be <br /> dedicated along the perimeter of the private roadway, and <br /> the private roadway shall be dedicated as a public <br /> utility easement. <br /> b. Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project <br /> shall be relocated or placed underground at the owner' s <br /> or developer's expense. <br />
