Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required (Ordinance Code Section 9-10002). <br /> b. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for <br /> or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (Ordinance Code Section <br /> 9-10002). <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. A letter from the <br /> water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> d• Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to recordation.
