All improvement plans and specification <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915. 2) <br /> i. If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Parcel Map, the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin <br /> insuring the completion of improvements within one (1) <br /> year after filing the Parcel Map. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> j . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> the frontage of Moreing Road.
