The following conditions imposed <br /> by the Local Health District were made a part of the approval : <br /> Phase I Development <br /> 1 . Construction of a public domestic water supply well under a well permit <br /> and inspection by the Local Health District. Test well and chemical <br /> analysis to meet minimum state standards. <br /> 2. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under a sanitation <br /> permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br /> 3. Provision of approved air pollutioncontrol measures. N,-... burning of refuse, <br /> trash, garbage or otrier matter on th ' �remise. <br /> 4. Refuse and garbage disposal must be by an approved method and removed at <br /> least weekly from the premises. <br /> Phase II Development <br /> 1 . Submission of detailed plans and specifications for Fond Operation to <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District for approval prior to initiation of <br /> construction. <br /> 2. Submit plans for approval by the Local Health District for a sewage treatment <br /> plant and a sewage disposal system for the entire development. The entire <br /> plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> 3. Submission of detailed swimming pool plans to the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District for approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> 4. Provision of approved air pollution control measures. No burning of refuse, <br /> trash, garbage or other matter on the premise. <br /> 6. Refuse and garbage disposal must be by an approved method and removed at <br /> least weekly from the premises. <br /> Since approval of the use permit included San Joaquin Local Health conditions, you <br /> are hereby advised that the above conditions shall be met prior to utilization of <br /> the approved land use. <br /> Please call this office for an inspection when the conditions have been met. <br /> JACK J..
