All truck parking access to be on paved surfaces such as concrete <br /> and asphalt and all truck parking to be physically restricted <br /> from parking on unimproved land. <br /> 2. Corral Hollow Road is designated to be an 84 ' wide right-of-way. <br /> 3. Off-site improvements for Phase I shall include the following : <br /> a. Appropriate street section according to City of Tracy <br /> standards. <br /> b. Curb, gutter, and 10' commercial sidewalk with street <br /> trees, 35 ' on center. <br /> c. Street lights, etc. <br /> - Building Inspection - Approved plot plan, plans, permits and inspections <br /> required. <br /> - Public Works Department - The site is not subject to an Intermediate <br /> Regional Flood. Corral Hollow Road has an existing and planned width <br /> of 601 . Development Plan approval is required. Channelization with <br /> left-turn pockets and accel/decel lanes on Corral Hollow is required. <br /> - Local Health District - Conditions : <br /> Phase I Development: <br /> 1. Construction of a public domestic water suipply well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br /> 2. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under <br /> a sanitation permit and inspection by the Local Health District. <br /> 3. Provision of approved air pollution control measures. No <br /> burning of refuse, trash, garbage or other matter on the <br /> premise. <br /> 4. Refuse and garbage disposal must be by an approved method and <br /> removed at least weekly from the premises.. <br /> Phase II Development: <br /> 1. Submission of detailed plans and specifications for Food <br /> operation to San Joaquin Local Health District for approval <br /> prior to initiation of construction. <br /> 2. Submit plans for approval by the Local Health District for a <br /> sewage treatment plant and a sewage disposal system for the <br /> entire development. The entire plans must be designed lyy �. <br /> Registered Engineer. <br /> 3. Submission of detailed swimming pool plans to the San Joaq;:,irc <br /> Local Health District for approval prior to beginning <br /> construction. <br /> 4.
