LAGORRIO, LOUIE RUBINO & SONS, <br /> AND J&A SOLARI <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Quality Assured Packing, Inc. , Lino Bozzano, Aldo Corradi , Mr. Lagorrio, Louie <br /> Rubino & Sons, and J&A Solari own approximately 450 acres of land in Sections 23, <br /> 73, 74, 83, 84, 90, and 91 , T2N, R7E, MDB&M. They propose to irrigate walnut and <br /> cherry orchards, sugar beets, tomatoes, kidney beans, and pasture grass by <br /> sprinkler irrigation with process wastewater from Quality Assured Packing blended <br /> with fresh water from existing wells. <br /> The beneficial uses of the ground water are municipal , industrial , and <br /> agricultural supply. <br /> The action to revise wastewater reclamation requirements for this existing <br /> operation is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act in accordance with Section 15301 , Title 14, California Administrative Code. <br /> TLL <br />
