Webb St.
Stockton, CA 95205
Subject: 2077 W. Webb St., Stockton, CA
Our records indicate that a substandard structure located at the above noted property
was posted with a Notice and Order to Abate Housing and Dangerous Buildings
Violations, on September 10, 2009. On November 16, 2011, the case was presented
and heard at the San Joaquin County Board of Housing Appeals meeting. As a result of
that meeting, Resolution R 11-83 was passed outlining a compliance schedule for
resolving the violations.
Please be advised that the compliance deadlines indicated in the Resolution have
passed and, as of this date, little progress has been made to resolve the violations.
In accordance with the Resolution, the Environmental Health Department will proceed
with the appropriate action necessary to resolve these violations. Therefore, within
thirty (30) days from the date of receiving this letter, obtain all permit(s) and correct
the violations noted on the Notice and Order to Abate Housing and Dangerous Buildings
Violations by repairing or demolishing the structures. Permits can be obtained from the
San Joaquin County Community Development Department located at 1810 East
Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. Failure to take this action will result in the case being
referred to the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office for further
enforcement action.
Please be advised that the Environmental Health Department recovers all
enforcement action costs at a rate of $125 per hour.
If you have questions, please contact Scott Sangalang at (209) 468-3452.
Sincerely,
Scott Sangalang, Senior REHS
Housing Program
