A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide this report to the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />204 <br />CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />209 <br />CCR 2716(a -e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br />OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. <br />-The 1/28/2020, 12/4/2019 and 5/25/2019 designated operator report was signed by the owner/operator on <br />2/4/2020, 12/30/2019 and 6/10/2019 respectively. <br />REGULATORY GUIDANCE: Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection, <br />the designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report.
