The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for EL CAMINO TIRES as of June 16 , 2020 . A hazardous waste generator shall not treat , store , dispose of, transport or offer for transportation , hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http : //www, dtsc. ca . gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID. cfm for the form to reactivate the ID number. In the front shop , an oil line from the car lift had broken and dark colored oil had leaked onto the wall and floor. A bucket was placed underneath the broken line to collect the oil . According to the manager, the oil is vegetable oil. He did not know how the oil was going to be disposed of. Two 5 gallon plastic buckets of old paint were observed in the side shop . Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste . Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the wastes , and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations . Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed .
