Hazelton Avenue Stockton , CA 95213 <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 209 . 982 . 4586 <br /> 209 . 982 . 5280 Fax <br /> Mr. Alaniz, <br /> I am sending you this letter to document the corrective actions we ' ve taken for each of the violations <br /> noted in your 4/ 15/ 19 inspection report . <br /> Item # 113 : We contacted our forklift vendor, JM Equipment, and discussed this violation with them. <br /> They will work with us to track the disposal of used oil and oil filters taken off-site by their personnel <br /> during periodic maintenance of the forklifts we rent from them using the "Maintenance receipt " <br /> document, that you provided us with . A copy of that document with our information, the information for <br /> JM Equipment Co . , and the information for JM Equipment Co . ' s hazardous waste vendor, American <br /> Valley Waste Oil , Inc . , is attached to this response . A copy of the email communication with our JM <br /> Equipment Co . representative, Jim Lechich, is also included . We will keep these records in our files <br /> along with the other hazardous waste manifests . <br /> Item # 601 : We arranged for our hazardous and universal waste hauler, Ramos Environmental Services <br /> Inc . , to pick-up the used oil and oily water described in this finding. The pick-up occurred on 4/ 18/ 19 . <br /> They also picked-up some metal shavings hazardous waste and several universal waste streams , including <br /> aerosols , batteries , and fluorescent tubes . Copies of those manifests and bills of lading are attached to this <br /> response . <br /> Item # 605 : Corrections to the labelling of containers described in this item was made on 4/ 16/ 19 . We <br /> also reviewed the " Weekly Hazardous Waste Accumulation Area Inspection Log " document with the <br /> employee responsible for conducting those inspections . There are specific items on that document that <br /> require verification of proper labelling and attention to the accumulation time limits for hazardous and <br /> universal waste . A copy of that inspection form is included, as are pictures of the hazardous and universal <br /> waste labels on materials currently stored on-site . <br /> Item # 608 : We will use the "Maintenance receipt " document to track the disposal of used oil filters <br /> from the rental forklifts maintained by JM Equipment Co . Any used oil filters that are not completely <br /> drained will be disposed of as hazardous waste in a properly labelled container.
