Section 6.0. Discrepancies and Non-Compliance Issues states, "The tank was observed without a visual and <br /> audible overfill alarm system." Please have the tank assessor and/or the engineer clarify in the assessment <br /> whether or not a visual and audible overfill alarm system is required or optional. Ensure that once the <br /> assessment is altered,the engineer re-certifies/re-stamps the assessment. <br /> 2. Table 2 indicates the tank is "Black in color," however at the time of my inspection the waste oil tank was red in <br /> color. Please see the attached photos of the used oil tank. Please have the tank assessor and/or the engineer <br /> clarify and/or correct this discrepancy in the assessment. Ensure that once the assessment is altered,the <br /> engineer re-certifies/re-stamps the assessment. <br /> 5 <br />
