Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br /> Subject: Statement to Violation CERS ID: 10182433 <br /> Dear Mrs. Dai: <br /> The following information is provided regarding to the Violations dated July 10, 2019. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a), 303 CCR66262.34 d 2 605 CCR 66262.34 <br /> Diamond Foods, LLC(DFL) received a Repeat violation for failing to keep signed copy of manifest from <br /> the designated facility for three years. Violation for failing to maintain all communication or alarm <br /> systems,spill control,or decontamination equipment. Violation for failing to completely label <br /> containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste(this was corrected on site during inspection). Due to <br /> personnel changes, compliance tracking schedule was not transferred to appropriate staff. To correct <br /> this occurrence and prevent recurrence,compliance schedule added to work order tracking system with <br /> redundant notifications. <br /> DFL is committed to achieving full environmental compliance and has affected organizational changes <br /> that will allow us to meet this goal.
