Violation 114/115: 1 RECEIVED the disposal records for 2016, 2017, and 2018 for antifreeze and used oil. I also RECEIVED manifests 014783244JJK (1/8/2016), 014783164JJK (1/27/2016), 015864677JJK (8/30/2016), 015864520JJK (11/2/2016), 016987776JJK (7/26/2017), 018248640JJK (2/8/2018), 014783245JJK (2/18/2016), 014783380JJK (3/3/2016), 014783436JJK (5/20/2016), and 16987616JJK (4/20/2017). 1 DID NOT RECEIVE all of the other manifests listed OR they were not legible in the attachments on the email. I need to be able to see that they were signed off by the TSDF. Violation 118: 1 NEED: 1. the job title for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste management, and the name of each employee filling each job 2. A written job description for each position listed in item 1 3. A written description of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training that will be given to each person filing positions listed above 4. Records that document that the training has been given to and completed by facility personnel. Although you did send me training records, I did not know which training was required for each position. For example, if all mechanics need SDS training, I need to see the SDS training record. I only need to see the trainings required for hazardous waste along with their current, corresponding sign in sheets. Violation 120: 1 NEED a statement saying that the consolidated manifests/receipts will be completed going forward. The disposal record does not need to be corrected. Violation 205: 1 NEED a response to this violation. If the used oil was contaminated with aerosol can waste, I would need to see a disposal record on a uniform manifest. Violation 406: CLOSED I did not receive the pictures, but the response was enough to close the violation. Violation 502: 1 NEED the hazardous waste tank assessment. Violation 601: 1 NEED the disposal records for the oily absorbent. There were multiple manifests sent and it was not pointed out which one was for that waste. Violation 608: 1 NEED the last three years of bills of lading for the oil filters. Violation 711/712: 1 NEED a statement saying that the aerosol cans are not being punctured and are now being disposed of as universal waste. (That is how it appears in the records received but it was not clear.) If you have any questions, please let me know. Please respond with a new RTC by this Friday.
